SUSTAINABILITY FOR THE MEDIA DO GROUPBASIC POLICY FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The MEDIA DO Group (hereafter “the Group”) aims to develop culture through collaboration between copyright holders and publishers, users of copyrighted works, and eBook retailers as their access points, and through collaborative creation with the parties concerned. To achieve this goal, the Group has established “Unleashing a virtuous cycle of literary creation” as its mission and “More Content for More People!” as its vision.

In order for the Group to achieve the above mission and vision, it is extremely important that intellectual property, including copyrights, be properly protected and not infringed upon.

This policy represents the basic approach of the Group to intellectual property, and the Group declares its commitment to conducting its business activities in line with this policy.

The establishment, revision, or abolition of this policy shall be made by a resolution of the Board of Directors.
