MEDIA DO Co., Ltd. (hereafter “the Company”) takes the utmost care to protect customer personal information. The Company believes that protecting customer personal information is not only the basis of our business activities, but also a social responsibility. To responsibly protect customer personal information, the Company has established rules for the fair and appropriate management and operation of personal information handled by the Company, and is building an internal system, implementing and maintaining policies, and continuously improving these systems.

1. When handling personal information, the Company will acquire, use, and provide personal information only to the extent necessary for the content distribution business, the content delivery business, and for employment and personnel management of employees. Additionally, the Company will manage personal information to ensure that it is not used or provided for purposes beyond those for which the individual has given consent.
2. The Company will comply with laws, regulations, national policies and other standards regarding personal information.
3. The Company will take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and the loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information, and will educate and supervise employees to ensure the implementation of these measures. In the event of a leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Company will prioritize preventing the spread of damage, promptly take corrective measures, investigate the cause, strive to prevent recurrence, and report information related to the incident to relevant parties and authorities as necessary.
4. The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned, except as required by law or judicial process.
5. The Company has established a contact point for inquiries regarding personal information, including requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, refusal to use or provide personal information, and other complaints and consultations, and will respond to such inquiries within two weeks.
